Instant Cheez Mix is perfectly tasty, and quick to prepare, for the best vegan Mac'n'Cheez you can imagine...but don't stop there: use it for Nachos and other Mexican dishes, layer in Lasagna, drizzle over veggies, etc. How To Prepare: In a small saucepan combine 2 cups of water with 1 1/4 cup of the Cheez Mix and heat slowly while stirring until sauce is thickened. May add a drizzle of olive oil if desired. Makes 2-4 servings If smoother Cheez is desired, place the Cheez and water mix in a blender and blend for 1 minute, then cook.
